WISE NYC Metro Presents Their Annual Holiday Soirée at Lucky Strike Lanes
(New York, NY, November 23, 2010) – The Women in Sports and Events (“WISE”) NYC Metro Chapter will welcome the holiday season with a special soirée on November 30 at Lucky Strike Lanes, 624-660 W. 42nd Street, from 6 to 10pm. Members and supporters of WISE will come together to celebrate the end of another successful year.
Event organizers have planned a night to remember which will include music by DJ Nickiee, complimentary hors d’oeuvres, massages by Just 1 Touch, billiards, and bowling! In keeping with the spirit in which WISE was founded, select vendors including: Pooka Pure and Simple, Bari Designs, Golf 4 Her, and Thirty One Shops will showcase products ranging from accessories, jewelry, candles, natural body and hair care products, handbags and more. Attendees will be treated to gift bags filled with treats from Carol’s Daughter, BookSwim.com –Book Rental Club, Nicole Miller, Genesis Today, Inc., Naturally Me, Under Armour, and Skin Care for Athletes. There will be a number of contests and give-a-ways throughout the night. Video production and technical services provided by production glue.
The NYC Metro Chapter of WISE experienced many successes in 2010 including the launch of the “Power Play” series, which offers members a unique opportunity interact with and gain insights from leading senior level female executives from area sporting organizations. ”Our members and supporters have been such a integral part of the chapter’s growth, and I am proud to have an opportunity to celebrate this year’s accomplishments with those who believe in, and help to, advance the mission of WISE,” says Van Adams, President of the WISE NYC Metro Board of Directors.

Women in Sports and Events (“WISE”) is a professional networking organization founded in 1993 to serve as the voice and resource for professional women in the sports and events industries.
