It’s that time again for the D.C. Caribbean Carnival, one of the most anticipated annual events hosted in the nation’s capital. This colorful and lively event will feature a parade and festival, a live concert including a number of exciting artists, a special tribute to Michael Jackson, and a wide array of Caribbean cuisine, and arts and crafts vendors.
