Holey tights are in for the Fall! Similar to leggings, this fashion trend has been ongoing since 2008 and worn by various celebs including pop stars Miley Cyrus and Rihanna.
They are easy to make. Don’t get rid of your old tights, cut them! You
can dress your outfit casually or for a night on the town with a long
t-shirt and accessories. The tights are also inexpensive to purchase in
