It is very difficult to feel sexy or attractive while working out. Usually, your clothes are drenched in sweat, your hair looks a complete mess, and you can’t even catch your breath. (1.) Wear darker colors. Colors such as black or navy blue are perfect to wear to the gym. Darker colors conceal sweat marks more than brighter colors. When sweat marks appear, while wearing brighter colors, it appears darker than the remainder of the clothing that is dry which makes sweat completely visible to others.
(2.) Use head bands. Not only does your clothes get sweaty at the gym, but your hair does, too. A simple solution to keeping your hair presentable at the gym is to slip on a head band with a ponytail. If you have long hair it keeps it out of your face. If you have curly hair it keep your edges from curling once sweating.

(4.) Wear the right sized clothing. You don’t want to wear oversized clothing, and you don’t want to wear clothing that’s to o tight. (5.) Add hints of color. Colors influence your mood. Brighter colors, like pink, yellow, and red, can make you feel fun, happy and powerful while at the gym. Add color in your accessories.
