Katy Perry was recently spotted in Toyko, Japan at the movie premiere for her film Part of Me. Katy waved and greeted fans in a Randi Rahm organza cocktail dress. Her dress was a mix of blue watercolors and an ombre design. She paired the strapless dress with purple Jimmy Choos. This is a more toned down look for Katy. She ditched her usual brightly colored hair and glittery makeup for a short, dark cut and simple makeup.
